Unconscious Resilience Therapy® (URT) Hypnotherapy

Woodland Depression Therapy

You can experience true freedom from the bondage within your mind that prevents you from living the life you want to live. A part of that freedom begins with learning how to access the healing space within your mind and activating it. Our minds are absolutely incredible and have healing powers. The power of the unconscious mind is one of those natural healing elements that most people dismiss. Unfortunately, there are many reasons why people dismiss the idea of the benefits of the unconscious mind such as a lack of knowledge, negative or inaccurate theatrical portrayals, negative associations to spirituality or religious beliefs and more.

Unconscious Resilience Therapy® (URT) combines waking-trance with mindfulness-based parts therapy. URT was inspired by the mindfulness work of ACT therapy from Russ Harris, Parts Therapy work by Roy Hunter, Internal Family Systems work by Richard Schwartz, Hypnosis Reframing from Richard Nongard, and Mindshift work from Marty Lerman. Each of these techniques are empirically studied and successful approaches to bringing about positive change in your life. URT incorporates each modality and strategically places them into a unique therapy structure. The result is substantial rapid positive lasting change.

Unconscious Resilience Therapy® is a safe and powerful tool for self-improvement and is considered an aid to psychotherapy (counseling or therapy), because the unconscious state allows people to explore painful thoughts, feelings, and memories they might have hidden from their conscious minds. In addition, URT enables people to perceive some things differently in their life and it incorporates a waking-hypnotic experience with mindfulness-based parts therapy approach.
URT is effective for anxiety, depression, panic, co-dependency, obsessions, anger, pain and more. When clients experience and practice URT, they notice physiological changes as well. Clients who reported pain or heaviness in their chest or back, indicate feeling much lighter and better afterwards. Clients report they naturally start taking care of themselves. They start eating better, exercising more, and doing pleasurable things because they feel better.

Neuroplasticity & URT

Hypnosis Service
Neuroplasticity is the science of how the brain changes. Many years ago, it was believed that the brain remained virtually the same and did not change. Advances in brain imaging has disproved previous theories. Today’s science shows that it is possible to “re-wire” the brain through repetitive activities done on the conscious and subconscious levels. Unconscious Resilience Therapy® “re-wires” the brain on the subconscious level, making it possible to overcome physical and mental challenges. Behaviors can be modified, critical thinking can be improved. Life can become better when the brain makes positive changes. This happens with URT-Counseling.
