Healing Mind Using Unconscious Resilience Therapy™

You can achieve true freedom from the mental barriers that hold you back from living your desired life. Part of that freedom starts with learning how to tap into the healing space in your mind and activate it.

Understanding the Subconscious Mind

Our minds are amazing and have powerful healing abilities. The strength of the unconscious mind is a natural healing resource that many overlook. Often, this is due to a lack of understanding, negative portrayals in media, or unfavorable associations with spirituality or religion.

This article aims to share insights that have produced rapid, life-changing results for my clients. To begin, let’s define Unconscious Resilience Therapy™ (URT). URT combines waking-trance experiences with mindfulness-based parts therapy. During a waking-trance experience, your eyes may be open or closed while the therapist guides you through specific breathing techniques and imagery.

This helps you access a calm and safe state of mind where you remain fully aware. Waking-trance experiences are part of everyday life; we just didn’t know the term. For instance, have you ever found yourself daydreaming, driving without conscious thought, or getting lost in a movie? These are examples of waking-trance experiences.

Mindfulness and Hypnosis

Next, URT emphasizes mindfulness. Once you reach a calm state and your breathing slows down, the therapist uses specific language to help you focus on the present. Thoughts, memories, and sensations that you wish to address are activated. You become aware of physical sensations in your mind, including any anxious feelings, which you then focus on to create safety amid discomfort.

When the brain feels anxious without fear, it builds new neural pathways, replacing the fight or flight reflex. This process also offers neuroplasticity benefits. You will engage in parts therapy work to activate your creative and imaginative mind, starting your self-healing journey.

What to Expect in Hypnosis

At times, your coach might engage in dialogue during the self-healing process, or you may have internal conversations during the parts therapy phase. You begin talking with the aspects of yourself that may be causing dysfunctional behavior, using compassionate and curious language.

Once you recognize and listen to the blocking parts, you can activate imaginative and healing aspects to transform that part. We explore these concepts further in our book Inner Acceptance: How to Embrace your Inner Mind and Change Your Life and in our Unconscious Resilience Therapy™ Training manual.

Sometimes, your mind may have layers of thoughts, images, and feelings that need attention. When you heal one layer, others might also require focus.

How Many Sessions are Needed

URT may require several sessions to work through these layers depending on how impactful the experiences have been. We find that even patients with severe panic disorders can start to live without panic in just 3-5 sessions.

I have clients who experience panic attacks simply from anticipating them. Through URT, they become free from the unwanted fear and gain control.

We teach you self-URT techniques to practice at home, helping you continue your growth and achieve a harmonious life. Unconscious Resilience Therapy™ is effective for anxiety, depression, panic, co-dependency, obsessions, anger, pain, and more.

When you practice URT, you may notice physical changes too. Clients often report feeling lighter and better after addressing pain or heaviness, leading to improved self-care, better eating habits, and more enjoyable activities.

Benefits of URT Hypnosis

URT gets to the root of the problems preventing you from living your desired life. It helps you access your innate self-healing so you can lead a more joyful and purposeful existence. We confidently assert you will find peace, harmony, and learn to activate self-love and healing as a major enhancement in your life.

Clients should be ready to release the past hurts that hold them back, commit to the process, and keep an open mind about their healing journey. You can transform your life. The URT approach effectively restores feelings of worthiness and purpose.

If you struggle with unwanted emotions, thoughts, or behaviors and seek comfort, we can assist you. You deserve to feel good about yourself without conditions. Healing is within reach. Success is within reach. Life is within reach. Let us guide you in making it all possible!
